Testing is ONLY FOR Franklin County Schools K-12 Staff, students, and their families
WHEN, WHERE, AND TIME?
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00 – 6:00pm, MUST be in line by 5:30pm
(Tuesday & Thursday afternoon) TESTING will be performed at Franklin County Health Department – Public Health Center (851 East-West Connector)

HOW TO REGISTER?
PLEASE NOTE you must pre-register for all events!
Please read the directions above for testing days, times, and testing locations! ALL TESTING at FCHD – PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER.
Once submitted, the participant will be registered in the MAKO Test System (see example below)
