Judy Taylor Mattingly is September's Employee of the Month.
Here is an excerpt from her nomination form:
- Judy is a fantastic leader! I was fortunate to witness her leadership on the role of this year's FCHD Relay for Life Team Leader. Not only did she lead the team to meeting our goal, but we doubled it!
- Judy is extremely organized and although she has only been at this health department a little over two years, you would never know it!
- She was recently asked to host the “Best Kept Secret in KY” presentation to the KY Health Department Association and the directors were so impressed with her that plots were immediately yet playfully planned to get Judy to come work for their health departments.
- She is a true asset to this health department, a wonderful co-worker, and a great friend!
- She has boundless energy that is truly contagious.
- Because of her outstanding leadership, enthusiasm and tireless effort she made our Relay for Life Team a success.
