Kim Smither is October's Employee of the Month.
Here is an excerpt from her nomination form:
- Kim takes her role in patient care seriously and completes her tasks with love and compassion.
- She has been an excellent mentor ofr a new home health aide. She has worked patiently with her, answering questions, providing guidance and giving constructive criticism.
- She has been an advocate for a patient living in the county, taking extra food when needed. She also has taken food for their dog and made sure he had water.
- Kim has a big heart and is always willing to help out those in need.
- She has boundless energy that is truly contagious.
