Sherri Barney is November's Employee of the Month.
Here is an excerpt from her nomination form:
- Sherri Barney is nothing less than a wonderful, compassionate and intelligent nurse.
- Although I do not work in her department, I was able to see her in action at this year’s Longest Day of Play even when a basketball goal fell and hit a little girl of age 6 or 7. Sherri came running over as if she were Wonder Woman to the rescue. She treated the little girl and calmed her down and even got a smile out of her. She not only impressed me, but left a great impression of our health department with the little girl’s parents.
- She is a true asset to this health department, a wonderful co-worker and a great friend!
- Sherri always takes her time with each patient and is very thorough making sure that each patient has received everything he/she needs before leaving.
- Sherri’s attitude is always positive and is one that should serve as an example to others.
