Jennifer Sheets is July's Employee of the Month.
Here is an excerpt from her nomination form:
- Jennifer is very knowledgeable about community resources and is able to help patients find the resources they need to improve their life or meet and immediate need. Recently Jennifer went above and beyond to help a patient transition from her apartment to a long term care facility. This was a very difficult decision for the patient and Jennifer remained constant in providing counseling and compassion for her throughout the entire transfer. She made numerous calls and untold hours researching possibilities for this patient. Jennifer arranged transportation for the move to another city and even traveled to that city to visit the patient and continues to check on her. The patient is now improving and may return home someday. If not for Jennifer this patient may well have died at home. This is just one example of how Jennifer gives 100% toward quality and compassionate care!
