Hello, my name is Tammie Bertram and I would like to welcome you to the Franklin County Health Department Clinic Site. Clinic Services aren't just the services provided in the confines of the clinic. Services also include: home visiting services for HANDS, personal services you may receive off site, at your work site, at school or at a community function. These services are usually a one on one service however we occasionally do group sessions and classes.

Walk-ins are accepted as staffing allows.
Most services are provided on a sliding
fee scale. Other services have a small fee.
