Detail: As of July 1st the Franklin County Board of Health requires that all food service establishments have at least one certified manager on duty at all times. This new Manager Certification is different than the programs we have offered in the past; it is more in-depth and detailed. Please call 564-7382 to register for the class or if you have questions. Cost is $75; payment is expected at time of class, no billing or invoicing. Cash, checks or money orders ONLY.
