The Freedom From Smoking Program is a REALISTIC and REASONABLE method to stop smoking!  The Program utilizes nicotine replacement therapy in the form of nicotine patches or other prescription medications to minimize nicotine withdrawal.
Groups meet for one hour each week, for 8 weeks, with continuing support for 6 weeks.
Please contact Debbie Bell at 564-5559  for more information about the program or to learn where there is a group offered near you. Registration is recommended. Currently there is no charge for the class however you may be responsible for the nicotine replacement therapy products.
